The staff demonstrates kindness and respect, delivering good customer service that makes families feel comfortable returning regularly. Quick service characterizes operations, though customers shouldn't come if in a rush—fresh-cooked meals require preparation time worth waiting for. Recent exterior improvements make the outside look more appealing to visit, attracting first-time customers who become repeat patrons after experiencing what regulars already know: this is the best Chinese food place they've been to.
